Personal Attention
Up to 6 hours of my time via phone or Zoom, so that we work through items together as you begin to implement. You can ask me anything during our time together and I will provide guidance on how you can start your own store, what to look for, criteria for a location, how to hire, who to hire, what services to offer based on your community, how to plan a soft launch, strategies for marketing once you're open etc.

ON-Site Training
One full day (9.5 hours) of in-person, hands-on training with me and one of my managers, in one of my Las Vegas stores once you have procured a location for your store and have started the buildout. (Does not include travel to/from Las Vegas or hotel stay expenses).
