I'm Lisa Song Sutton

Entrepreneur, real estate investor, and former Miss Nevada. In 2018, I started my own mailbox rental, pack, and ship store. We pulled in over half a million dollars, and I'll spill the beans on how, even with limited knowledge and resources.

Ever wanted to make mailbox money but don't know where to begin? Think franchising is just too much hassle, and you're clueless about running this kind of store? Well, you're in the right place. Before I dove into this, I was just a regular customer at a local UPS franchise store. They'd charge my card every year for the mailbox, and I thought, "There's something to this business model." Mailboxes are like mini self storage units – low maintenance, steady cash flow. I realized if I filled enough, I could cover my rent and payroll.

So, I approached a local store owner who I already knew, as I was a patron of his store. I asked, "Can I pay you $10,000 to let me shadow you for two weeks? I'll build you SOPs and create a handbook for you and my store." He agreed, and I was in.

I trained there like a new recruit, learned all the ins and outs, and noted everything, from their computer system to the counter heights. I started my first stores in 2018. As I was appearing at podcasts, people became intrigued and asked why I was in the mailbox store business. Those clips went viral and soon, people from all over the country started asking me how to open their own stores.

I began answering questions one by one, but then I thought, "Why not create a platform to help more people?" So, this webinar is here to get you started on your own business journey.
