I'm Lisa Song Sutton

Entrepreneur, real estate investor, and former Miss Nevada. In 2018, I started my own mailbox rental, pack, and ship store. We pulled in over half a million dollars, and I'll spill the beans on how, even with limited knowledge and resources.

Before I dove into this, I was just a regular customer at a local UPS franchise store. They'd charge my card every year for the mailbox, and I thought, "There's something to this business model." So, I approached a local store owner, said, "Here's $10,000. Let me shadow you for two weeks, copy your playbook, and tweak it for my store." He agreed, and I was in.

I trained there like a new recruit, learned all the ins and outs, and copied everything, from their computer system to the counter heights. Years down the line, my friend Codie Sanchez wanted to shoot some videos for her YouTube channel. We filmed at my real estate brokerage and my shipping stores. Soon, people from all over the country started asking me how to open their own stores.
